EN:License

Every Compass user has one of the 2 licenses:

• Advanced - all features available - suitable for patent professionals
• Light - limited features - suitable for R&D

Users with administrator rights are able to manage users and therefore set the licenses.

The following features are only available for users with Advanced license:
(users with light license are not or not by default able to access these features)

• Change the basis of a result list
• Create/manage Ad-hoc tasks
• Word Export
• Kind of document search
• Search for result lists
• Manual applicant grouping
• Observation (family and legal status monitoring)

• XML-Export
• Term Hunter (a feature within the Key Terms)
• AI within the detail view
