EN:Network
Unlike the stand alone license, the network is used for the collaboration of multiple users.
Different kinds of information (Evaluations, comments, folder structures and much more) can be shared within the network.
This information can be managed with permissions for different user groups.
In addition to this, some tasks can be automated in order to support the processes in a company.

Which data exists and how can this data be shared in the network:
This data is based on the following units:
- Project – depending on which setting was selected during the creation
- Monitoring Task – depending on which setting was selected during the creation
- project comment – extended family
- Network comment – extended family
- Group comments – freely selectable (extended family/ document)
- Folders – depending on which setting was selected during the creation
- Evaluation - Document
- Status – Document
- Additional fields – Document
Specifications:
Evaluations, statuses and additional fields are usually document-based, will however be displayed family-based in detail view.
All evaluations can be viewed in the "Evaluation History" and all additional fields can be viewed under "Additional Fields".
If, for example, a family is displayed where one document is not yet evaluated but another document of this family is evaluated, the specific evaluation is displayed in the “Evaluation History".
Evaluations from a monitoring task can be read everywhere, but can only be assigned within the monitoring task.
