Search results or the contents of folders can be exported to Excel.
It is possible to export the whole result with the option "Whole result".
It is also possible to only export the selected patents with the option "Selection".
With the option "Range" a given range of patents will be exported.
Therefore an export can easily be splitted into multiple parts.

Up to 50.000 documents can be exported in one export.
Different data (options) can be selected for export.

Depending on the selected options, the limit for the export may change.
The limit will change e.g. to 500 if images are selected for the export.

Templates

The selected options and the order of the columns can be saved permanently in different templates.
This allows different templates to be created for different requirements and the options do not have to be selected each time.
